Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended, but we may accept walk-ins if we have space available.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept many insurance plans, including Medi-Cal. Call 661-321-3000 to check if we accept your insurance. We do not accept HMO or VA insurance.

What if I do not have insurance?

Some services may be available at a lower cost based on your income.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your ID, insurance card, shot records, and any doctor’s orders or lab slips.

Are services confidential?

Yes. We keep your information private for patients ages 12 and older when allowed by law.

Can someone bring my child to the appointment?

Yes, but some services may need a parent or guardian permission form.

Do I need a doctor’s order for Valley Fever testing?

Yes. You will need a doctor’s order or lab slip from your healthcare provider.

Do you provide free condoms at the clinic?

Yes. Patients can get up to two free packs of condoms per visit while supplies last.

Can I get my immunization records at your clinic?

Yes, if you received your vaccines at our clinic. You can also view your records online at My Vaccine Record.
