Kern County Public Health to Host Free Flu Shot Clinic at the Kern County Fairgrounds Swap Meet

Bakersfield, CA - Kern County Public Health is offering free flu shots on Sunday, November 2, at the Kern County Fairgrounds Swap Meet, located at 1142 P Street in Bakersfield. Flu shots will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Community members are encouraged to enter the Fairgrounds through the southeast parking lot and follow directional signage to the vaccination area. Free flu vaccinations are available for everyone six months of age and older, while supplies last.
“Getting your flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself, your family, and our community this flu season,” said Brynn Carrigan, Director of Kern County Public Health. “We’re proud to offer this free, convenient opportunity for Kern County residents.”
